DAY 71 - AUG 20 - SERENE to RIGA
Another fine day as I headed northwest in Latvia, more or less along the Daugava River, which runs right into Riga, the capital.
Pretty countryside and then another beautiful old city where I stayed right in the middle. I planned a two night stay and lucky me; it rained the next day. More rest for the weary. I did get a few photos the day of my arrival.
I'll have more to say and more photos the day of my departure.
